Iroko
Chlorophora excelsa
The wood is yellowish brown with some darker parts. The wood strongly darkens over time, giving it a rich bronze shade. Medium texture, occurrence of marked interlocked grain.

Iatandza
Albizia ferruginea
Perfect wood (Duramen) with a brow yellow to dark reddish brown colour, with golden glints. Slightly interlocked grain.
Origin: CameroonPossible end-uses: Light carpentry, interior joinery, veneers and plywood, stairs

Physical and mechanical properties: Good stability, tends to split when nailing
